what do you do with abandoned projects?

I have a number of projects that I've abandoned over the years gathering dust.
Half finished boards, the occasional one that didn't give me the sound I want (personal preference here nothing to do with the design), etc - the very rare didnt work out.

I've gotten to the point of really trying to focus and streamline - cleaning house as it is.
Hate to throw them away - any suggestions? I don't ever see anyone posting marketplace type things here so don't want to cause issues.
In my case it would pretty much be "free to a good home" type

Opinions and suggestions?
 
I see a lot of ’projects‘ in the German ‚Ebay Kleinanzeigen‘, comparable with the Craigslist. I even bought a Aion Cirrus even cheaper than the parts.
If it is not against the forum rules, list them here.
 
Whatcha got? I am sure there are those of us here who would be more than happy to take/buy stuff if you are off-loading.
 
I'll take some pics - was just checking to see if its "ok" to post this stuff. Certainly not trying to make a profit off it - lol

Mine just sit there in the "someday" box
 
I go through phases of activity and inactivity with various hobbies. I typically put half starts and company in boxes, assuming I’ll remember (ha!) what they are, etc., the next time I stray back into having the time and energy to take them up again. But, I seem to have done a really crappy job of it with smaller electronic projects.

I have small boxes with several boards, sometimes veros, a few parts (what do these go to?) with very rarely any notes. Sure, I could (and sometimes do) enjoy both the identifying challenge and a look back at what my former processes were like. I swear that the next time I do this, I will be better about leaving notes.

As it is, I have some “collections” with 8 knobbed XX sized boxes, what may be treasure troves of now unobtainable parts (what 40+ years of resin wafting up can lead to), in any case, a lot of mysteries. Just a few weeks ago, I gathered all the pedal looking boxes (from the attic) and moved them into my home office, with a firm plan to get everything sorted out. I‘m sure I’ll have a few mysteries to share.

yeah - for some reason thats been starting to bother me more. Not to be morbid and a downer, but this was a pretty hard year in terms of seeing older family members pass. My cousin and I delt with the metric TONS of stuff (good stuff! just a ton of it) made me really start thinking about what I accumulate.

Mind you thats just me - I have no claims on the best or "right" thing here (and I still have plenty of "stuff")
 
I have a stack of pcbs that are all partially built. Each one was abandoned for lack of components/flawed drilling and/or painting. At this point I have no desire to start something out of fear that I'll have to stop half-way through and wait for a shipment. It's become overwhelming and not much fun. I guess I'll just practice guitar...
 
I've a shoebox full of these types of projects. I usually salvage what I need from em, but otherwise they just sit there.
I've considered selling the lot, or just putting it up for whomever wants it
