What should I put in this box?

You could do a Bows (aft preamp) and Arrows (Armentum) Both are simple single knob circuits. I just built the armentum and it sounds so good as a single knob boost that I’m wanting to get the aft preamp as wel
The aft is a great pedal. It’s great treble booster and full range boost. It’s so great for thickening up other drives as a preamp.

Somewhere out there is a source for the flush-mount slotted shaft pots as used on the blackstone appliances mosfet:

Depending on what you're building, you could mount all of your controls on the top and still have external access without either messing up the art or losing pedal board real estate.

I've looked a few times but never been able to find these kinds of pots. I think it's probably because I don't know the proper industry term for them? They're often used for bias adjust on amps.

Whatever you put in it, it's well worthy of any circuit and then some

I'm thinking you'll need to get a PCB with gold traces it's that good

I was thinking you could replicate it by mounting the pots to a plate inside the enclosure that is suspended by the external plate/ID-tag's screws, then you saw off the extraneous pot protrusion and slot the nubs and...

Go out, find a junky old amp with those pots as bias adjust, remove one to get the part number... or ask an amp tech to grab the part number for you.

I always did like that Blackstone pedal.

Even if it has simple controls, I firmly believe the interior should be filled up with circuitry.

2 x HM-2, both set at full bore...

At this point, it'll have to be epic.

No pressure though, Nostradoomus.
