Their packaging methods seem to have turned to a "grab whatever is closest" methodology. I ordered 200 of mostly nos/expensive parts a couple of months ago and they all came in clear plastic bags. I was livid. $18 bbds and they could use the 2 cent bag instead of the 1 cent bag? The next order I added a comment "please don't ship ICs in non ESD bags. Well, they circled and highlighted it on the invoice and did pink bag them. Then put them loose in a box with enclosures so a handful had pins layed over.
Now they're advertising preorder 125Bs.
yay. We're stocking 125bs again!
How did you run out of 125Bs? I think they're just way in over their heads. Maintaining an inventory of common value components and parts seems to be a struggle. I wish them luck because they're a pretty big player in the NOS and rare bits area, though less and less of that stuff seems to be restocked as inventory dwindles.
Note: I don't mean this to sound like a TGP rant. Just some personal observations.

I would go beyond "less and less" for NOS & Rare Bits — more like: "as soon as these are all gone, we're done with this item."

I think Ive had the same box in my cart for 3 months. 1 left last I saw.
I have too many now, but getting a (hopefully) unpicked through box is so tempting. And the legs aren't total spaghetti. Some of those bags look like a wacky inflatable arm flailing tube man orgy.

And it 100% works! Unlike the piece of junk I got from GC a couple months ago. Had to replace a pot(replaced all), then the on/off switch isn't recognized. Need to dig into that.
But, if you want that yammy fx sound, it's there in gobbs. And, the JHS effect is wearing off on prices.

Another really big mail day......
First up, the Lollar Regal WRHB's I ordered for my Tele Deluxe project arrived.
Then my Cavalier Pickups for my Tele Pinecasteer Esquire project arrived as well! I also decided to try a set of his 51/52 Bridge and Lion King neck for my 50's Blackguard project. Woohoo!
Then, MORE Lollars, my "Fat Strat" project is about to get Fatter.......
And finally, and "as of yet unnanounced "Telescapade" project. It was really an idea I've had kicking around in my brain for a few months.
Then browsing Ebay I found this guy, Rosser Guitars. Who makes, nitro finished relic'd bodies. I'd say it falls somewhere between an MJT and a NoMoonLaser in terms of finish. But for $145 I thought it was a great value. This body is just the base for some major modifications and routing.
Stay tuned for a dedicated thread.

Heh, you should see my box of unused pickups
If they're pickups I liked but due to my fickle nature., swapped out to try something else, I'll hang on to them.
If they're pickups that hold value (Lollar, Fender, etc) I'll sell them on Reverb.
If they're off brand pickups that I know I won't ever use and not worth selling, I'll give them away.
Which brings up a good point, I need to post a FRTAGH post on the Trading forum for a bunch of pickups.
