What's on the workbench?

I've been wanting to rehouse my little capacitor meter for a while... it measures capacitors better than far more expensive meters, but it's plastic and feels like it could be crushed at any moment. (@benny_profane kinda likes to make fun of me about too)

I cracked it open hoping that I could fit the PCB in a 125B or similar, only to realize it would be easier to just build one from scratch...

So here we are. Prototype #1.

Think you can make it able to take 18vdc in and test at higher voltages than the original? That would be a huge improvement IMHO. If so I'd get one even tho I already have a 75.

Haha yep! Pretty easy to crack open and solder back on, did that with my 55. Their new leads have a more flexible silicone sleeve, so ya might wanna see if they'll send you a set!

Before they redid the website, you could briefly order replacement DCA75 PCBs for $60-70. Would have been an easy diy.
