I definitely get that. I might just put it in a 1590BB with a TapLFO with all the bells and whistles so I can get the same sort of effect (especially on the smooth-random waveform) without an expression pedal

I’ll need to see how the pot is implemented, but using the TapLFO to control either a vactrol, CV, or a digital pot should cover all of the potential implementations I believe

It's set up as a variable resistor between pins 8 & 10 of the 565
