Is it ok to have copper pours with deviations and edges like this?

The Vias anti padding is creating these crazy edge shapes on my copper pours and I don't know if thats ok to send off to a manufacturer

How is this supposed to be done professionally? bad polygons.png

I can't say for your situation, but I've never had problems with oddly shaped copper pours causing issues in manufacturing.

Not sure about the program you are using, but on diptrace this would be in your copper pour settings, something like "Copper to Via keepout".

Clearly the wrong forum.... :ROFLMAO:

I would increase (or decrease) the copper fill Clearance in small increments until those protrusions go away. If that doesn't work, manually draw Keepout zones around them to smooth them out.

They wouldn't matter in most anything that I design, but since you've mentioned RF multiple times you should consider those points antennas.
