I haven’t looked inside one, but I’m nearly certain this is an MXR Envelope Filter with all the mods described on Tonepad’s layout.

I believe the EMMA Discombobulator is also similar to this.
Either way, they both sound awesome, and it's cool to have a CMOS envelope option. I think TonePad and EPK are the only one currently offering MXR-flavored boards
