Angry charles not working

Cables?
Have you checked for DC voltage distribution on the PCB? (Is the proper voltage getting to the chips and is the VRef present & correct?)
Have you double-checked the component values and orientation?
Have you tried an audio probe?

Use continuity mode and see if ground is shorted to the audio signal (the two lugs of one of the audio jacks is an easy way to check this). Also does the LED turn on when the pedal is on?

Doublecheck the 2.2uF electrolytic capacitors in the middle of the board. The graphic on the landing
page shows the silkscreen with the + facing south, but your caps are all installed with the - facing south.
But -- the build doc says that all of the capacitors face the same direction with - facing south, and I
don't have one of these particular boards to check the silkscreen. I'd probably trust the silkscreen on the
board the most. Checking other random build pictures online, these probably are installed correctly.

Check R5 and R18. Orange and red can be hard to tell apart in these photos but those look like they could be 100K (brown/black/black/orange) and not 10K (brown/black/black/red).

Check R8/R9. Those are supposed to be 22k (red/red/black/red). Again maybe the lighting but those don't look like 22K.

Check R13 and R16. Supposed to be 2.2k (red/red/black/brown). It's possible that the red looks brown on those lighter colored resistors.

If you don't have an audio probe it's a great idea to build one. It's probably even more useful than a multimeter in finding out where something broke. (Look at the schematic and follow the audio thru the circuit until you find the place where the audio cuts out and it really helps narrow down the problem)

Good luck!

Sorry, what do you mean you don't get signal from the drive pot? Have you plugged it in and it works now? Do you mean that the drive pot does not change the way it sounds?

Not being rude, just trying to work out what is going on.

Ok. So the pedal does turn on but there is no sound. Im not sure if i used the audio probe correctly. I followed the path from the scematic. When i got to the drive pot the audio cuts out. Im not sure if im even suposed to try the pots with the probe tho.

I also want to thank everyone who has answered my questions and helped. Im trying to get better at this but there is just so much to learn and understand.

double check that electro caps that has negatives facing opposite direction.... a lot of the time Roberts layouts have all the negatives facing the same direction... always go with what the silkscreen shows
