C-Buffer- installed stomp backwards/ nugget fuzz volume drop - SOLVED!

Would this effect the sound coming out of my pedal? I had to install the stomp switch backwards/ on the opposite side. This was due to it not fitting on the correct side because the caps were to big.

I think as long as the hook up wire from the buffer to the main board is connected to the proper pads…. for example not swapping input/output gnd/sw +/- that sort of thing
 
Well I built a ng-2 nugget fuzz and it seems like I’m getting A lot of whining on the bias, sustain, and drive pot and it looks like with everything is maxed as far as I can get it the volume doesn’t reach over unity…
