ElectroVibe Bulb Not Flashing and No Effect

Hi, everyone.
I was so looking forward to playing this pedal except it doesn't work.

I have bypass signal, there are signal volume drops and tone changes when I switch between Chorus and Vibrato, the bulb is on just not flashing, the internal trim pots affect the bulb brightness, just no effect. Turning the knobs do nothing except the volume knobs seems to work.

I did have to use film caps for all the 1uFs. But socketed them so I can swap them out when the Electrolytics get here.

I've search on here for answers but haven't found a situation where the bulb is on and not flashing.

Also, I noticed that my internal trim pots only have three pins but there are five on the PCB. I thought the extra hole were for bracing but maybe not.

Any ideas or help is appreciated.

Those are to accommodate two different sized trimmers.

Yes, I had a lot of socketed components which J think was causing some poor connections. So, I got a second PCB and rebuilt it soldering everything secure tot he PCB and that fixed all my issues. Pedal sounds great now.
