That is a truck with issues. It thinks it's in Tacoma but is actually in Washington Tennessee. I've actually been through Tennessee and never noticed Washington. Mind you I did visit DC after Nashville and Memphis.

Best license plate I've seen was PU55Y. I can't believe they sneaked that past the Cal DMV. It was on an old pickup, so maybe they had a good cover story.
