SOLVED Greengage tone control does nothing

I feel like I can't notice any noticeable change when sweeping the knob. The only substitution I made was for C3. I didn't have another 56pf, so I put a 48pf in there that measured 56pf on my capacitor meter.
I did test the potentiometer. it measures at 20k and values change appropriately when sweeping it.
Anything else I can try to verify?

Check the soldering joints on C6 and R9. If either are cold, the tone knob would be ineffective.

There was something funky going on there. I reflowed solder on those components and on the lugs to the pot too. But I still was not getting continuity between lug2 and c6 where the trace led to. But there was continuity from c6 to r9. So I just ended up making a jumper, and that fixed the problem. I really appreciate you responding to my post. I was worried it was going to get buried with 0 replies
