Hummingbird transistor

Hello. I’m seeing that the main sites are saying that the transistor 2N6027 is obsolete. They do have

• 2N6027 PBFREE though. They see newer.

Doesn’t anyone know if these are functionally the same.

This is for a EQD tram pedal.

PBFREE just means that it is lead free.

They should be the same. You can always look at the data sheets as well.
