We got very lucky in Atlanta – the storm shifted to the east as it was moving through the middle of the state so, at least in my area, just a lot of rain plus some moderate winds. Thinking of @Robert and others in South Georgia.

I haven't been out into town yet this morning but I think we mostly just got a lot of rain.

The initial forecast had it plowing straight through Albany but like @mkstewartesq said, it shifted east a bit so I think we dodged the worst of it.

It veered East and we only got high winds and rain. We were under a mandatory evacuation order, but we stayed cause we couldn't leave our animals behind. 900,000 people without power down here so far. Luckily we have a generator.
