Where's the research on people who partied HARD ages 15-25 and then mostly consumed coffee, cannabis and carne asada for the rest of their lives? Asking for a friend. That is odd.
Research conducted DECADES ago has shown that moderate drinkers live longer and healthier lives than heavy drinkers AND NON DRINKERS.
Really a lot of it is genetics. I come from a LONG line of HARD drinking, under sleeping people that live to 100........Where's the research on people who partied HARD ages 15-25 and then mostly consumed coffee, cannabis and carne asada for the rest of their lives? Asking for a friend.
I think the latest research debunked that very conclusively. Growing up in Italy, there was always this assumption that one glass of wine per day wasn’t bad and in fact was good for you. Well, we had collective blinders on (and a thriving industry that wanted us to) and the science shows that any amount of alcohol is detrimental to health. Genetics and anecdotes can’t undo that (yes, you can live to be 100 even if you drink a glass of wine per day but that’s what we call an outlier). That is odd.

I wonder if I should put the BMX pedal before, or after the reverb???![]()

So what you’re saying is, 2 drinks a day for 7 days is 14 days. Can you save it up for the weekend and have 7 Friday and 7 Saturday? That is odd.

I’ve b-een off alcohol a long time, but I have enjoyed the boom in the non-alc beer industry the last few years. I don’t love the Heineken one, but real Heineken was never my favorite either.zero alcohol Heineken
While I essentially agree with you, Harvard did just released their latest study about alcohol use (longest and largest ever) and it came to the same conclusion that moderation is healthier than abstinence.I think the latest research debunked that very conclusively.
I'll drink to that!!!While I essentially agree with you, Harvard did just released their latest study about alcohol use (longest and largest ever) and it came to the same conclusion that moderation is healthier than abstinence.
