I think the Drunk Beaver Bat is a better choice. In fact, I’ve got his Cold War Bat and Heavy Bat pedals. Darn gnarly pedals!

Me too, it's on all my Builds but I put it on the inside to absorb the ''Click'' & use a Stainless Steel thin rim washer on top!

I never really gave much thought to the nylon washer aesthetic. Up until now I just viewed it as a utilitarian necessity (don’t scratch or crack the finish). It’s like an ugly old couch you just got used to seeing every day.... then someone points it out... and then it all sets in... that’s ugly..lol

I never really thought about it either until learning this forum's distaste for it. In my last switch purchase I bought a pack of metal washers... you all are rubbing off on me.

On some pedals, the white washer looks ok though--if it complements some white in the knobs or design.

@StompBoxParts has switched to including metal washers with their 3PDTs which is *so* nice but I already stocked up on spare metal washers!

They're using a microcontroller and a bunch of Analog Devices ADG1612 switching ICs to switch various elements of the circuit. (I would assume clipping diodes, RC filters, etc)

This is similar to how the two Walrus pedals work (Eras / Ages).
