Other than the addition of a footswitchable Filter Matrix mode w/ separate Range pot, feedback expression input, and MT3608 boost converter (set at 17.6v) this one's built according to the doc.
Not really a flanger fan, and really haven't cared for the other versions of the Mistress I've built in the past, but this one's pretty damned awesome. Seems both smoother and more extreme in its sweep. Does the jet engine thing better than the Mistresses I've previously built, but still not as extreme as some other flangers out there.
Especially fond of the Matrix this one offers, and I'm considering doing another that's just that mode
I haven't moved the trimpots at all, but I definitely need to increase the feedback and volume. Otherwise I think it's pretty much where it needs to be, calibration-wise
Here's a quick video before I shutdown for the night. I'll work on a more concise video tomorrow after twisting the trimmers
Fairly straightforward build, but there are quite a few components. I need to spend some more time with it, but I think I could definitely recommend this one's for fans of metallic whooshies
