Morley ABC switch

A buddy ask me if I could build him one of these, from what I understand it's 1 into 3 or a 3 into 1 switcher/combiner and is passive, sounds simple enough but wouldn't that require some input/output resistors to keep everything isolated?

Yep, according to the Morley website it's passive (power is for the LEDs).

I would assume the IN jack connects to a common lug on all three footswitches, then each footswitch connects to the corresponding OUT jack through a mix resistor of some value (Somewhere between 10K - 100K would be my guess).

Does it have to be "Morley"?

If you want it isolated, it'll need transformers.
Buffered?

Here's a simple ABY: http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/effects-projects/boosters/aby-switch-box/
If it needs buffering: https://tagboardeffects.blogspot.com/search/label/Splitter
AMZ-2-channel-splitter from Tagboard above may suffice; 2 channel mixer is here:

Download the Fuzzdog ABY doc, it's buffered as well, Klon IIRC.

ISOLATED:

DL the build PDF for BYOC's Isolated ABY: http://byocelectronics.com/ampselectorinstructions.pdf

The ABY functions a little differently from the ABC.

The Morley isn't a two loop switcher, it's a three-way switchable splitter (1 in, 3 out, no returns).

It is very weird trying to think this through without boards in the mix, I'm sure I'm overthinking it and should just start building it rather than try to draw it out
