New book: Pedal Crush

Right on.

I've got that exact edition of the Montreal Assembly "Count To Five" that's on the cover.

Might try to pick this Pedal-book up from Indigo.

There is a thing called a library, folks, where you can read books. For. Free.

You can even borrow them to your house for a bit. It's like having a very cool book friend.
I am intrigued. Tell me more my good sir! Do they take your soul in exchange? Or make you woke? What’s the price to pay?!?

Jokes aside, I doubt the Brooklyn library would have this book, and available…

always fun in the US to watch book publishers periodically mount challenges to library lending. at least for the time being the libraries are bending to the industry to license time-limited copies of ebooks that can be digitally loaned. interesting litigation in progress that will likely determine the limits of libraries being able to scan their own digital copies of books and then loan them to users on a one-digital-copy-per-scanned-book basis.

That's what I'm doing with my current read, and I decided not to buy it as I can always borrow it again.

However, my library doesn't have ALL the stompbox books that I want to read...

The name is stupid, the book is awesome. Just got mine yesterday and unfortunately had the same issue as many other people. Horribly shitty lack of packaging lead to one of the back corners being dented in which also folded up the bottom of a few of the last pages. Not horrible, but this book ain't cheap. Debating about returning and getting another one......

Great book so far!
