Ocelot question

Hello

Per the instructions on page 2 it mentions that if we install CD4027 with no modifications to the IC that octave 2 will work as a low pass filtered duplicate of octave 1. Does anyone know what part of the circuit does the low pass filter? Can we swap any devices to a pot to make the low pass filter adjustable?
I am thinking of making this with the octave 2 as an adjustable low pass filter, like Boss is doing in the new OC-5. I do know this is not a poly type pedal.

Rob, do you know when you will be getting more of these boards?

Thanks
Rob

The mod is ONLY for "Revision 1" PCBs. Those boards marked with "Rev 2" do not call for the modification and will behave as if the mod was not made. (The mod is incorporated into the "Rev 2" PCBs. See page #2 of the build doc.)

Thank you for that information!

I found a vero board layout (see attached). Anyone know if I use this layout with a 4027 (not modified) if I will get the low pass filter dupicate?

Rob, do you have any rev 1 ocelot boards still to sell?

This was a fix for an error, not really a "feature". I can't recall if it was my mistake or an issue with the schematic.

I'd have to look at the schematic but I'm sure I could tell you how to break it if you really want that behavior.

PCBs should be here Monday. I'll take a look but I highly doubt I still have any of the old Rev 1 boards.

I built this a while back. 4027 is a different animal.
