Has anyone heard of/used the Philips ON4292 MOSFET? I recently purchased, what was described as “Philips BS170” and instead received Philips ON4292. I didn’t find a ton of info on these, or whether they’re a direct replacement/different manufacturer number for the BS170.
Curious if anyone has come across these? Tested quickly with a TC-1 vs a FSC BS170 and they seem to be very similar, other than the pin out being reversed. Wasn’t sure if I got duped, or if these are, in fact, the Philips “BS170”.
