I’ve been waiting for molten voltage one trick pony kits to get back in stock for ages
Small Bear will be missed. It was always nice having somewhere shipping from just a few hours away from me when I was in a hurry, and they were always reliable for some cool transistors

Bummer. They are the best source for weird parts. I wonder if he'd consider selling the company rather than phase it out?

My first instinct was to pop over and grab a coffee cup and t-shirt, but looks like they're gone.

I wish Steve, Judy, and the Small Bear team the best. I’m really happy that he is able to retire, and that the business was around for so long. It’s a happy ending.
I am pretty bummed out tho, they were really the only place to get the weird and obsolete stuff specifically for pedals; and they have by far the largest germanium stock I’ve seen (and I’ve searched far and wide).
They will be missed dearly and I don’t think they will ever truly be replaced.
