There's a pretty detailed thread over on FSB with someone who's traced all of the Joyo versions of the T21 pedals. Seems like although the topography is the same, there are enough component differences between each version to make a universal or even a dual-version impractical.

I guess if you would socket some specific parts you could switch it to other versions through that. Not a "flick a switch" thing, but more of a "I'm a bit bored of this one, I'll switch it to the other configuration" type thing?

Nah, just build ALL the Character Series, there's only 9:

- Blonde​

- British​

- California​

- Leeds​

- Liverpool​

- Liverpool Deluxe​

- Oxford​

- US Metal​

- VT Bass Deluxe​

Then stack them in a super tall Hammond and run a 12PST so you can select between any one at any time.




Tonight (last night? I'm still awake, sort of...) ANYwhohah I was talking with my friend who had one, thought he sold/traded it, but he still has his Leeds. Sort of.

His daughter had a gig we went to and he'd loaned the Leeds to her — her bass sounded so killer that night (I can verify), that he gave it to her outright. He still has his California, but ... I can't wait to build a Leeds for him and myself.
