Tweed 59

Excuses first of all, this is not a pedalpcb thread, but answer is simple, had success with all those kits. This is supposed to be a Tweed 59 preamp, but I'm getting no drive whatsoever. Might have botched something because I started by reading the wrong schematic so had to desolder a few resistors. No clue what's going on.

Sorry for loss of details, gain is maxed out throughout the video. I'm not familiar with either the pedal nor the actual amp, but from some videos is has more drive than this. Noise is usual, power line a few meters away.
