I would assume this one uses a custom driver for convenience, but if you wouldn't be against setting up key-mapping (as if it were a secondary keyboard) it'd be fairly simple to do with a Teensy.

I was discussing a MIDI based page turning pedal with someone here a couple years ago, this would be a similar concept.

I found one "Open Box" for $119.00, so given the price of a Teensy Board, and finding the time to actually put it together, I bought that one.

You could literally take the brain out of a keyboard, wire page up and page down to pedals/momentary switches and use microsoft word to display your music..... no software modification necessary, just turn the page.
