It's a one-knob overdrive/distortion with voicing options. It's named after the cyclops of Greek mythology, not the Aion pedal. Since it took inspiration from the ZVex Super Hard On, it seemed apt to name it after the original one-eyed monster. What is it and why did you name it after the Aion philosophers tone board?
Oh I figured. Just joshin ya.It's a one-knob overdrive/distortion with voicing options. It's named after the cyclops of Greek mythology, not the Aion pedal. Since it took inspiration from the ZVex Super Hard On, it seemed apt to name it after the original one-eyed monster.
Well, it kinda sounds like poop. Now I gotta figure out why. At least it makes sounds lol.Hopefully this is going to work. Will find out in a few after I get back from some errands.
I’m using all BC109s

I was aware of the Aion pedal, but the joke was too good to pass up! I probably will end up doing some kind of split screen for the demo.Oh I figured. Just joshin ya.
I dig the idea and look forward to the upside down demo.
Maybe two cameras and a glass coffee table, like those scheisse parties?
Every time we build for a friend, I had to build one for my self, also.Getting a few more almost completed. A bass player friend of mine wanted a fuzz and he wanted something that would give him a square wave/octave vibe. My brain went to the MXR Blue Box, so the Mantle Fuzz it is. One for my friend, and one for me.
I wanted to mod it for bass so I researched here for the classic -1/-2 octave down mod on a switch. I also put the input cap on a blend pot. Cramming everything in the standard case is doable. The extra pot fits where the standard three-knob layout goes, especially with it wired into the board. The switch is where the LED would normally go, and I squeezed the LED in between. I need to test them one more time, but now that graphics are done, the cases are ready for clear coat. Maybe tomorrow they’ll be done???

Thanks!... I ran some samples last week to see if it looked good.... turned out better than I expected. I should be able to get a couple coats a day on it and hopefully finished by end of this week... Been pretty chilly in the paint shop so everything is a bit slower to cure. Probably gonna hit it with another base coat tomorrow and maybe once with the flake before the end of the day. Will need two rounds of flake and at least 2-3 topcoats to bury the flake enough that it will polish out flat with no texture.Very nice!!
Templo? Or Past FX?I know it's not DIY but a certain company might be working on one of these...
