What clip on tuner do you like?

I use this one on my acoustic:

I also have the one @Bricksnbeatles points out which is really low profile. I use that on electric if I'm not plugged into the pedalboard. Here you can see my G-string is way flat.



Neither of these are rechargeable but batteries have lasted a very long time for them.

I grabbed one of the non-rechargeable Peterson clip-on tuners last year when my ancient $10 fender clip-on tuner died a mysterious death. It's legitimately very nice and I like the "sweetened" tunings quite a bit! It's also pretty nice for doing intonation. My school band years were ruled by one of these, so it's a nice nostalgia trip seeing those wheels spin.



I don't mind keeping a few watch batteries on hand considering how many rechargeable devices succumb to the dreaded spicy pillow syndrome.

Haha. And I just discovered that this is an onstage band thing. Saw a band (Horse Bitch, from Denver, gotta be all Gen-Z) and realized that every guitar had a tuner clipped to the head stock. Never saw that before. (Gen X here, learning from the young 'uns)
