Found this in a box (not mailbox) that friend just gave me.

Some unknown germaniun diodes, BF246A transistors, relays, TESLA MAA series ICs, some other transistors. TLC271 opamps.

Gold sparkle and vintage blue 1590BBS enclosures, a few pseudo eyelet boards and carbon comps for fuzzes. Banzai delivered.

Also official pickup screws from Fender. All I have to do is manage to extract the stripped screws from my Mini P and my Jazzmaster. So far rubber bands and pliers haven't worked. I think they're too small to use a screw extractor. Any ideas?

Fresh name plates, this time I was successful in properly arranging the solder mask layer. The PCB is for experimenting with piggybacking transistors (see here and other threads). I’ve tried it on a breadboard and it sounded interesting, I’m hoping this will streamline it a bit.

If I didn't really need round knobs on my guitar, it'd still be sporting these.

I've not had time to go back and get it, though I was almost able to on two separate occasions.

If I'd paid attention, I would've noticed in the photo that there is no footswitch, so it's the auto-on first-gen version!

The pic above gave me a sense of deja-vu, so I looked through some old pics from when I used to live here...



The pedal was on sale for at least a year prior to me taking the 2021 June 6 pic.
I thought they just had a good inventory of this particular model, but, no... it's the exact same pedal.


I'm curious as to why this pedal has not sold, for about 2–3 years...

I've always been tempted to get it and so now might finally be the time, after all.

@Feral Feline it’s definitely a worthwhile pedal imo (mine is also the auto-on version; the version with a footswitch seems less useful, especially since it would mean always starting at full speed) and since you have pics showing that it’s been there for so long, you could probably talk them down on the price a good bit.

It's at Tom Lee Music's flagship store, I ... I doubt I can talk them down at all if it hasn't already sold when I've been looking at the same exact pedal for literally years — lotsa staff there, but none with the business savvy to blow dead stock out let alone with the authority to do so.
