Yes. Some of the heavier parts aren’t uniform but you won’t see that from the floor.

They need another mm on the edges and maybe 2mm on the top, apart from that, it worked pretty well.
I thought about just covering the top half of the pedal, but I like the LED lens where it is.
There's also next steps which are using the copper layer underneath as an artistic layer for another colour, and using just the core as another layer.
I've seen an example where using just the core was semi-transparent and you could light it up with LEDs underneath. That looked pretty cool.

So your faceplate is a PCB? Interesting.
I'm going to try out the engraving service of my go to Polish parts store. They use some kind of engraving material that can be plain or brushed metal, with cutouts.

That’s what I was wondering. The ones I’ve done look great from a distance, but up close you can see the silkscreen has some inconsistencies.

I have to check out the shipping options. JCLPCB has duty paid shipping to EU for pretty good prices, basically the same as what non-DDP would cost in handling fees alone.Have you thought about using Oshpark’s After Dark?

In re OSH park: I don’t know of any fab house that has silk screen as crisp as them.

AFAIK they contract out all their work to a few different commercial fab houses, so presumably that caliber of detail can be readily bought, somewhere, if we know the secret handshake.

As far as I know. They are in Oregon, and that’s where the boards end up getting shipped from.

Yep, and reputedly from some very well known fab houses.
The DKRed (DigiKey) boards drop ship from a well respected California vendor and just for the heck of it I tried getting a quote directly from that place. It was something like 20X what DigiKey charged me, FWIW.
