Yup. It’s just a Rat under it all!So that's what DRV means!
Isn't that a RAT derivative? So yours is a RAT derivative derivative, aka a RAT DRV DRV.
Sounds pretty good around half gain.

Looks great! Are these from JLCPCB?Some faceplate experiments came through today. Pretty happy with them, even if I did mis-measure the second row on the Dagg Drive.
Dagg Drive is a DRV derivative, I put the LED on the board but I don’t think I will in future because of the breakout design I used.
Speaking of breakout boards, I thought I was all nifty and smart, then saw the new design up on PPCB today! C’est la Vie!

Yes. Some of the heavier parts aren’t uniform but you won’t see that from the floor.Looks great! Are these from JLCPCB?
These look great, do you have any pictures of them or similar faceplates on a build? Some faceplate experiments came through today. Pretty happy with them, even if I did mis-measure the second row on the Dagg Drive.

So your faceplate is a PCB? Interesting. There you go: https://forum.pedalpcb.com/threads/sheepmaster.16339/
They need another mm on the edges and maybe 2mm on the top, apart from that, it worked pretty well.
I thought about just covering the top half of the pedal, but I like the LED lens where it is.
There's also next steps which are using the copper layer underneath as an artistic layer for another colour, and using just the core as another layer.
I've seen an example where using just the core was semi-transparent and you could light it up with LEDs underneath. That looked pretty cool.
Have you thought about using Oshpark’s After Dark? There you go: https://forum.pedalpcb.com/threads/sheepmaster.16339/

That’s what I was wondering. The ones I’ve done look great from a distance, but up close you can see the silkscreen has some inconsistencies.Yes. Some of the heavier parts aren’t uniform but you won’t see that from the floor.
I have to check out the shipping options. JCLPCB has duty paid shipping to EU for pretty good prices, basically the same as what non-DDP would cost in handling fees alone.Have you thought about using Oshpark’s After Dark?

AFAIK they contract out all their work to a few different commercial fab houses, so presumably that caliber of detail can be readily bought, somewhere, if we know the secret handshake. In re OSH park: I don’t know of any fab house that has silk screen as crisp as them.
Interesting. All stateside though, right?AFAIK they contract out all their work to a few different commercial fab houses, so presumably that caliber of detail can be readily bought, somewhere, if we know the secret handshake.![]()
As far as I know. They are in Oregon, and that’s where the boards end up getting shipped from.Interesting. All stateside though, right?
Yep, and reputedly from some very well known fab houses.Interesting. All stateside though, right?
I do have a few function generator kits, but I think they all have chips alreadyfunction generator
