Yes, but it’s way more convoluted than it needs to be. You could put all the 1/4” smooth shaft pots in one section and it would save a ton of time and eliminate making a dumb mistake. Which this one was a doozy I got two things wrong. Typically I try to not order pots there because it’s just set up horribly.

I agree with that. You have to scroll through like 10 options to get the right pot. another variable is 6mm vs 6.35mm. It’s pretty tedious and error prone!

I’d wager 95% of the pot sales are smooth shaft 6.35mm. So just make it easy on us and put them in one spot.

I’m pretty sure I probably misclicked. I’m ussually pretty careful on tayda because of this. But literally I will order pots almost always from stompbox parts but I didn’t need anything from there for this order and really don’t need the a100k but it was going to deplete my stash.

I still use @dmnCrawler ’s potentiometer page to order pots from tayda. Much better than mine! https://www.pachydermpedals.com/blog/taydapots/

Ooh that's handy!

FWIW I usually just put "A100k" or whatever into the search on Tayda and scroll down until I hit the right looking one. But this will probably save some time!

I also don't really care whether what type knob the pot is meant for, as long as it's not type D or anything I think knobs meant for 6.35mm work. I understand a lot of people here are more picky than me, though. I don't mean that in a bad way, another word would probably work better but I just woke up.
