What's on the drawing board? 🎨🖌️

If I'm being honest though, I just like assembling things, and I don't really want another huge set of computer-based tasks in my life right now.
Same here. I don;t want to spend time designing pedal graphics because that's what I did for years as a job. I build and then I wanna play the pedal.
I tried learning PCB apps but I couldn't find the right footprints, too many things to learn, etc.

I just wanna solder and play guitar!

There are a couple big aspects of pedal building that I feel like I'm missing out on. Learning Illustrator and doing rad UV prints is one. Learning Diptrace and designing/ fabbing boards is another.

I feel this a lot! I like making faceplates or UV printed designs but I hate spending time in front of a computer screen when that’s what I do all day for my job!

@Fizz, interesting!
I'm from a place on the western edge of USA that won't skip an opportunity to say "cal."
Who knows what else we think we're doing right 🙃

I didn't say they were right :ROFLMAO:

What does cal mean to you all?

Well here are a couple examples of what we see around nearby..
So many of us pronounce it, "Dee-Cal." :ROFLMAO:

As a programmer I feel the same way about programming. I did a SMALL job last year for someone that just begged me to. Ironically I spend most of my time drawing shit now, lmao..... It's all to scale and I take pictures of stuff, manually trace over them at high magnification, then shrink to scale. Almost cheating.

Working on a BFPR now....
