You can buy hemp online, legal in all 50 states as of the 2017 Farm bill which legalized it. There's cbd concentrates, but those are stupid expensive, and the stuff I make uses 1 ounce of ground cannabis to 3 cups of olive oil, which is actually diluting instead of concentrating.
Heat oil to 190 (no more, no less, you can use the microwave) and then stir in the ounce. The temp will be reduced to 180f which kills the germs. Stir for five mins and wait a day before straining out in a fine mesh screen. I use a wine press to get out the part that stays in the leftovers. Add about 2 fluid ounces to a 3/4 full bottle of lotion, shake, and you have rub on pain relief!
Or you can have the oil (not the lotion) orally. I consume 1 tsp in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Tastes dreadful, use chocolate!
Strangest feeling, I liken it to the feeling you get on the first day of vacation......
Real weed works better than hemp, but like I said hemp is legal to buy, and you can even pay for it with a credit card, which is still illegal for weed at the federal level, even the pot shops here in CA cannot take credit OR store they're profits in a bank!!!! Crazy but true.
Usually get a good deal if you buy at least 1/4 pound, but ounces and less are sold. It has no THC, only CBD. Smoking it is relaxing but will not impair you!

It's still illegal in Indiana and will be for the foreseeable future because of the backwards ass politics of this shithole state. I couldn't smoke it even if it was legal anyway (thanks a lot Department of Transportation!!), but man sometimes it sucks seeing all your friends online galavanting around with weed lol.

We used to do short runs of “point of sale” displays for several of the edible companies. A messenger would arrive with a fat envelope, their entire payment in cash, 5s, tens, and 20s. Since they were getting cash from the dispensaries, they just left the “taking the big bag of money to the bank” to me. Even though we rarely made any cash deposits, I always felt a bit weird handing over $15 or $20,000 in cash to a teller.

Makes me think back long ago to what I used to build before I got into all this pedal nonsense:
Quite a few models accumulated.. The mouth-piece still needs improvement, but this was my favorite- simple design, comfortable size, and very smooth hit due to the percolating test tube in there:

There's talk of some legalisation here but as far as I know it's still illegal to have weed. I don't really care - the last time I had a puff (which was a loooong time ago!) it was some nasty hydro crap which was way too strong. Not relaxing or enjoyable. Back in the day friends would grow some and it was just mild and fun.
These days I'd rather have a beer. No judgement - I think legalisation is a sensible idea. It should never have been illegal in the first place.

You know.... this may sound weird but I give my extra weed away. a) I'm too old to go to jail for selling, b) I don't need extra income, c) I'm too old to go to jail, lol. I give away my extra tomatoes and zucchinis too. Same thing when you grow!!!Do you deliver to Orange County?
About 6 years ago I discovered that weed allowed me to sleep after about 15 years of screwy sleep due to working a full-time graveyard shift job while also attending college/grad school full time for a few years
It also had the added benefit of cutting down my alcohol intake by about 90%, which was a completely unintended consequence, but a very much welcome one.

This is why I bred the THC out of my weed and bred CBD into it. My weed is relaxing and enjoyable like weed was in the mid 70's. I do have a strain that will smash your brain, and some of my friends like that but I don't. I call it Tutti Fruitti because of the smell. My brother from another mother Danny loves that $#!+ lol.... That's one of the strains I'm growing this year, but just to propagate the seeds. My crop from last year was bountiful and will last many seasons.....

I've just started a little garden. I'm still very new and learning, but my grandpa had a huge garden when I was a kid and I always loved helping him with it and I wanted that for my daughter. She's three now and is able to help a bit so it's been really cool. I'm hoping to keep at it and grow this garden over the years.

For bottles with metal stems you use a 12 mm diamond hole saw and then the grommets that are so commonly used for wires in tube amp chassis, the 3/8 inch interior diameter ones.
You make a donut out of plumbers putty and attach that to the bottle. You fill the bottle with water and then pour antifreeze into the donut.
This provides the cooling and lubrication so that your glass doesn’t shatter when you cut it with the diamond hole saw.
I have a vise with wooden slats attached to it so that I can lay a bottle at an angle down and put the plumber putty donut on it so the antifreeze stays inside the donut and the bottle is at the perfect angle for drilling.

The bottle I used was a popes milk bottle from Wisconsin. It was about $17 but it is extremely thick. I purchased 12 of them because you never know when you need to make another glass bong lol.

Interesting coolant technique!
I've got the diamond hole saws for drilling but I'd just dunk the bit or the bottle in a bucket of water to keep it cool and evacuate the chips.
this method taught me the importance of wearing gloves while working with glass..For the finer details like shaping and those little percolator holes, I submerged the glass in a little trough and used an 1/8" rotary tool with diamond bits and an extendo-snake attachment.
