Duck Box Diode

So, I bought the board, did some resistors and then realized I don't have the something 408 diode. What should I get?

EDIT: I am sitting here looking at the populated board that is missing one part.

Picture looks like it says DS448, which google tells me can be subbed with a 1N4148 you probably have handy

Thanks, I have millions of 4148's. Manfesto, thanks so much for the quick reply and don't take this wrong, but can someone else confirm? Also, if the 4148 will work can someone tell me why? Trying to learn.

DS448 and 1n4148 are both "fast-switching diodes" (which means they have fast recovery time to reverse current) with 1v forward voltage, so spec-wise and behavior-wise they are similar.
