1,000 Days Sober

I know there are several people that have not been drinking longer, but it’s definitely a milestone that I’m stoked about hitting. After some serious self-reflection I stopped drinking back in July 2021 and feel so much better for it.

I just happened to put it in my calendar about a year ago and it popped up today. Didn’t even realize it until I saw it this morning. Now on to three years, then most likely the rest of my life.

Hey hey, congrats man, the struggle is real. 17 years sober. I went into a liquor store with my wife last December. I had a panic attack and had to get out. Keep it up!

well sort of, im moreso ‘california sober’, but haven’t had a drink since jul2019.
it made some of the most positive changes to my life. i started playing guitar again, renewed the passion and nek minut im building amps and pedals as well

My wife has nine years under her belt after a solid decade of trying and "California sober" is working for her like a champ! She is/was at the "Leaving Las Vegas" level of alcoholic! I was one of the lucky ones with alcohol and cigs, I could just put it down. Now food....it's much trickier for me because you need it. "I eat like a baby with a wallet"-Tom Papa

Not on the same level but I stopped drinking sugary drinks about 15 years ago. No sodas for me. I dropped a few kilos within a few weeks and wasn't really a big soda drinker either. I thought I'd miss coke but I haven't missed it for a second.

I believe it's no alcohol but a little weed.

As opposed to Oregon sober which is no drinks, hella weed.
