I had a good laugh today

Inhouse opamp could = discrete opamp?
There were a few sold on reverb per the sellers feedback. 3 in 2 days a week ago. 🤔 Oddly, none show up in sold listing searches.

They say components include materials sourced from decommissioned submarines and aircraft combined with 24k gold elements…
“They’re eating the aircraft, they’re eating the submarines. They’re eating the components of the people that live there!

…and shitting out solid gold pedals!!!”

Will Octaking be rolling out their MLM program soon? I’m getting serious Herbalife vibes here;)

On a side note, in that TGP thread linked by Roberts the guy says "Have you heard of ADT?" He says it stands for analog dry through. I though it stood for automatic double tracking? Next you'll be telling me it stands for another orange person...

Dude exists:

His business partner or whatever seems legit:

Wanna hear his music?

Rig rundown?

Anyway, I am going to read a book instead of delving deeper into whatever this stuff is....

Boasting about a clean pedal build with an AI generated pic is something I never expected... it's duck face for pedal builders.

Let's ignore that this belongs to Slash for a minute.... why in the hell would one need a PAF pickup if they own this pedal?....

This is like when VZEX said the Distortron sounded most like a cranked Plexi when plugged into a Plexi.

Ok... and his last name is King

Aryan King is a singer, songwriter, music producer, and professional guitarist known for his love of blues rock and blues. Born in Madrid to a multicultural family with Spanish, Armenian, Persian, and Jewish Slavic roots, Aryan has had a diverse upbringing.

Aryan's early years involved moving from the East to Ukraine. He studied at various schools and attended Berklee College of Music multiple times, focusing on Songwriting, Music Production, and Music Business. During the conflict in Ukraine in early 2022, Aryan decided to move his family to safety. With his parents facing multiple health issues, including his father's stroke, Aryan took on the role of caregiver. He first moved his family to Poland and eventually settled in Spain.

From a young age, Aryan was surrounded by music. His father introduced him to flamenco guitar at the age of three, sparking a lifelong passion for the instrument. Hearing "Parisienne Walkways" by Gary Moore and "November Rain" by Guns N’ Roses later inspired him to focus on blues guitar.

At fifteen, Aryan experienced a setback during a jam session, leading to a difficult period in his life. Despite these struggles, he persevered and eventually got opportunities to perform with well-known artists at private shows, jam sessions, and in studios.

In addition to his studies at Berklee, Aryan expanded his expertise by studying Audio & Music Engineering at the University of Rochester. He has also worked behind the scenes as a ghostwriter and ghost producer for many famous musicians.

In 2017, Aryan began writing his own album. On 28 September 2019, he recorded his debut single, which gained a wide audience on platforms like YouTube. Currently, Aryan is endorsed as a Gibson artist. He continues to write new songs every day and is preparing for more studio sessions to record and produce his music.

It's a lot, isn't it? I feel like he started out relatively sane (see Instagram, Youtube) and then got his hands on generative AI, removing any human resemblance from him.

A set back at a jam session that led to a difficult period in his life? Did the bass player vibe him so hard he broke his wrist and had to re learn how to play? I didn't think it was possible to lose even more respect for this guy
