I'm sure everyone was on pins and needles to hear about what happened

First off there is no backup at Tayda, my order flew through the process. I placed my order on the 11/29. Drill/Paint/Print took about a day each and it shipped on 11/3 and landed on my doorstep today. I contacted Tayda support via the website immediately after placing my order when I noticed the omission, but didn't get a reply from Hugo until after UV printing was completed. Lucky for me one of his people caught the mistake and correctly assumed that I intended to have a gloss layer. Hugo did say I was lucky and not to expect that to always be the case. Whew.
