Parentheses OCT_1-3 mislabeled?

Quick question, I’m checking out the Parentheses and the schematic has me a bit confused.

The OCT_1-3 connectors that go out to the 3PDT footswitch don’t make sense to me. Namely, the labeling. Shouldn’t 2/3 be swapped?

They're just sequentially numbered pads, the numbers don't correspond to pot or switch lugs or anything like that.

Technically though, yes, if the pads were meant to represent a toggle switch pads 2 and 3 would be swapped. (Pad 3 is the "common" lug)

It might make more sense if you see that the pads across the bottom aren't in sequential order:

Man. I just lost 15 minutes following traces on the wiring PCB, scratching my head, before I realized that's not the actual PCB and the RefDes on that image is wrong as well.

Don't feel bad, it took me a few minutes to make sense of it too, and it's my mess. 🤣

The build doc for this one is an older one in Adobe InDesign format... I'll have to recreate it with Affinity Publisher before I can make any modifications but when I do I'll renumber those pads and possibly redraw it in a dotted rectangle so they are properly represented as a switch.

Semi-related, what are some silicon diodes I can use to replace the germanium ones with?

My other RAT pedals have BAT41+14ohm resistor in the hard clipping sections, but I don't know what would work well in the octave part of the circuit.
