This thing is cool. Volume, drive, voltage switch. No tone knob to mess with. I threw 3 random pnp germaniums in and don't think I'll be swapping them out. No guts because I used some huge nichicon caps and it's a freaking mess in there

Goes from subtle thickener to near fuzz. I love these kinds of pedals. Reminds me a bit of my Speaker Cranker but different

Can this one be daisy chained? I remember asking Jext Telez about there's and they said it needed its own power.

That’s because of the Ge transistors. The PPCB version has a charge pump, so it will daisy chain with no issues.

I've built both and prefer the Höfner.
