Sproing deluxe reverb tremolo foot switcxch works in reverse. When engaged, the LED/LDR turn off, I get sound but no Trem. When switch off, the LED?LDR pulses but there is nor tremolo. Something is wired backwards?

Would also be great is there was a build doc. Site says "coming soon" for over a year

Most of us here are full send.... Build docs here are really just a bill of materials and a drill template.... it's not easy for the beginners at first... What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Post good clear pictures of your build and we will take a peak at anything obvious and try to help.
I suggest take pics of it wired up in enclosure.... then remove from enclosure... bend up your pots and take good pics of back of board.

Sorrry and Thanks I havce updated my post with pics

I would first take the time to go through your build and clean it up a bit. Trim the leads shorter and make sure you don't have any exposed wire, like the purple wire going to the output solder pad. Then I would mess around with the ribbon wire going to the switch. Poke at it while the trem is on and see if it changes. You have something shorting and it is grounding out the LDR while it is on. Go through and clean up your board and that will likely fix the issue.

I notice that the LED/LDR are uncovered. They need to be wrapped with something non-conducting & light proof (eg shrink wrap) for the trem to work. The pulsing LED is a good sign.
Hope you get it working.
