Tayda order came today. I don't think I've ever had resistors from them come like this. I guess they're still recovering from their public holiday (again)

I don't think it's a real issue, but it is a bit weird. All of mine have always been very solid - they only look like that if I rip one out from the end and I'm not being careful.

I ordered 30 1k resistors. Normally they come on one sheet. Sometimes in sets of 10. There were 4 or 5 sheets of a random numbers and they’re wavy/bent. Once in a while I’ll get some slightly wavy but not like this. I’m sure their resistances are fine but I’ll test em before soldering.

Those were pulled from a breadboard, straightened on a pant leg and stuck back into the strips.

That’s how my resistors came back in the day when I got them from maplin. There was also usually corrosion on the legs, and sometimes the wrong value.
