Trimmer for Chop Shop

I'm putting a Chop Shop board together and the build doc calls for 2 50k 3362P type trimmers (3 leads) which I have but the board has 5 holes for each of the trimmers. Will mine work, or do I need to order something different?

I just put mine together this morning. The bottom two holes are for if you want to use a resistor I think. The top three work fine with your trim pot.

The extra pads are for trim pots with wider pin spacing, like these:

Not a bad idea to have fixed resistors, once you've biased the JFETs; I've read trimpots can introduce noise.

Whether it's noise that's noticeable to the naked ear or just noise on an oscilloscope, I don't know, if it even truly adds noise at all.
