Christmas in french is Noël...

So I think that board is the Red Noël fuzz that Josh Scott sent to Rhett Shull a few weeks back and now available as the Infrared Overdrive.

I ordered the blue one last night as well, after playing with the red one.

Actually I ordered two, the first one was cancelled because someone snagged it before me......

If something happens with the second order, then yes, I'd absolutely be interested.

I'd also like to say that this is a really shitty layout.... part of the reason why I'm not showing it up close. :ROFLMAO:

This is by no means the final revision, but I want to verify that it actually works before putting in the effort of making everything fit all nice and pretty like.

Control layout makes sense for frequency analyzer, but I thought both versions have at least one 14 or 16 pin ic, plus I wouldn’t know where the vactrol comes into play. Still my best guess, but I wouldn’t at all be surprised to be wrong about it.

Vactrol makes sense for the mold spore expression control, but iirc you said that’s dual gang, so it would have to be a 5-leg vactrol or a pair of ldrs, plus it’s short a few pots.

Definitely not gonkulator.

Can’t remember if there are any other ring mods that might have a vactrol somewhere in the circuit
