There's a 14-pin IC in there but it's not the Frequency Analyzer.

This is the ring modulation portion of the Mold Spore, so no dual gang required here. The vactrol is part of the gate for the carrier.

Ah, didn’t realize the dual gang was just in the Wah portion. Just saw in the shop that it’ll be called the Cordyceps. Awesome name for it!

The dual gang is for the treadle.

One gang is for the wah, the other is for the ring mod.

I've got a Wonder Wah II, and it has the same PCB as the Mold Spore, so I'm wondering Waht if I can build the Cordyceps into it too.

Besides the size advantage I actually think that layout is more logical and easy-to-understand than the original

That could be *super* great for the preamp pedals if it’s that much smaller than the UniCab!

It'll fit on a breakout board about the same size as the C-Buffer. Of course it's a fixed cab sim, you have no controls like the UniCab.
