Nope. Cinnamaldehyde. If I eat a single cinnamon jellybean I wind up with straight up second degree burns in my mouth and throat
I used to be really into cinnamon candy, and I guess I gave myself an allergy from overexposure.

I found out last year I'm allergic to eggs. Talk about a bummer, ice cream, pies, cake, breakfast, campbells chicken EGG noodle soup, gaaa.... It's all good tho, I stopped eating them and no longer need my BP meds. In fact the doctor had me add more salt to my diet to keep it up!!!!

My cousin was severely allergic to eggs as a kid (somehow went away a year or two ago)— for baking, have you tried flax seed gel as an egg substitution? Works incredibly well. Lots of good vegan ice cream options from Ben & Jerry’s and Trader Joe’s too!

The only thing I tried was "just eggs" and I started getting sick. I checked the back label which read: made in the same facility that processes eggs. well, what thu..... I've used pinto bean juice (the juice left after you cook beans from the bag) for baking, and that worked fairly well. I have to experiment with how much to use per egg tho. My fav I call "pan de flan" cuz it tastes like flan, but it's a bread. You just substitute MILK powder for the cocoa powder in your standard brownie recipe, ho boy, talk about good. Add a bit of cream cheese and lemon flavoring and it tastes like NY Cheesecake.....

Depends. I get irritation from them, but they usually don’t have too strong of a concentration— cinnamon candies are a lot stronger in concentration than the natural cinnamon in baked goods, but some of it it still too strong. I’m fine with cinnamon spiced tea or something like that, but anything that is predominately “cinnamon flavored” is gonna be a bad time for me for a few days.

I can't imagine, I love cinnamon anything! It's right up there with bacon in my book!

Dangit… looks like I need to buy some pcb’s to save a few bucks … I have about 20 not even populated.

I can help you shoot up that paltry PCB count considerably with one easy tip:

STOP building so many pedals.

If you're missing the cinnamon rolls, you should make some cardamom buns. Also saffron buns but that's a whole other thing. Cinnamon rolls are amazing but Kardemummabullar are somehow better. The Swedes know how to fika.

Speaking of the PPCB sale— I have a bit of a gift card balance remaining, and other than an Equilux and a Flock harmonizer fuzz, I’m not looking for anything in particular currently. Anyone have some recent favorites they’d suggest? What’s an old circuit that you feel is generally pretty slept on here, or something new that hasn’t had a chance to shine yet? As y’all probably know, I’m mad about modulation, fuzzes, and noisy shit— if there were ring mods available yet, I would just be buying a dozen just to put all in parallel

European companies are sitting this black Friday out it seems. I have carts on Musikding and Banzai that have been languishing for months waiting for a code but none in sight.

Better than some music stores that are offering...5% off. That's insulting

I just sold a Fender Player Precision bass I wasn't using. I bought it 2 years ago for 2900 złoty and sold it for 2900. Great deal for the guy since a new one costs 3800 now and it probably comes with crappy shielding, sharp frets and fret sprout, all of which I fixed on day one on mine. The lucky chap also got a second pickguard.

Anyway I was gonna use the money for music gear but everything is so expensive and there are no deals on what I want. Sorry I can't spend 250 euros on a power supply, especially a Cioks, which is made in Poland and costs more here than in the rest of Europe sometimes.
