Sounds like one of the diaphragms on the capsule is damaged. Could have been dropped and the mount came loose.
I'd stay away. A real CK12 capsule cost as much as the mic

Pretty handy in the adat world.
If for nothing else, mixing down tracks back to the adat while keeping it digital throughout.
