Disregard.

Good timing. I just built a Laureate and was gonna hate but I actually loved having both the layout with r, c etc and the same layout with values. I printed both and the build was smoooooth.I'll roll out the red carpet and do it for you

Plus having the traces shown for both sides is awesome as well.Good timing. I just built a Laureate and was gonna hate but I actually loved having both the layout with r, c etc and the same layout with values. I printed both and the build was smoooooth.
That's not what I'm sick of hearing about around here@bean Much love here for your boards dude. I've got a "pair" of of Skoolies in the pipeline that I need to build soon........for my amp setup.
I'm running the Total Recall and Tourbus now in my recording rig. Everyone here's sick of hearing how much I love these pedals.....
The Laureate is a great build for sure.Good timing. I just built a Laureate and was gonna hate but I actually loved having both the layout with r, c etc and the same layout with values. I printed both and the build was smoooooth.
@bean
BRING BACK THE 1590G series! Especially relevant now that we have 1590G2 enclosures and SMD Caps that are actually through-hole.
Did you use the faceplate? I didn't see a build report or demo...... . I've been eyeing the Laureate for a while. Actually mulling over which Nobles to build. Kinda thinking about the Nordland ODR-C.Good timing. I just built a Laureate and was gonna hate but I actually loved having both the layout with r, c etc and the same layout with values. Sure did! Just posted my build report. I want to build the ODR-C as well. I feel a deep dive coming on lolDid you use the faceplate? I didn't see a build report or demo...... . Also, and I’m a little ashamed to admit this, I have no means of making a demo that I’d feel good about sharing. Focusrite, Roland, Two Notes … I freeze up with indecision. Need to open a separate thread so I don’t hijack this one any furtherDid you use the faceplate? I didn't see a build report or demo...... . I've been eyeing the Laureate for a while. I use these ones regularly and have no complaintsI'm back with another "are these good?"
Anyone use these jacks?
They sure look a lot like these but cheaper:

How many bad switches did you have before you switched switches?I got a recommendation on this board a while back to get a certain 3DPT footswitch that Small Bear sells and since then I haven't had one issue with a bad switch. They are currently out of stock on the PCB pin version, so are these good?

And what's the pros & cons on the 1kg vs 3kg Click?
I got the recommendation after a few problems in my early building that came down to the switch. Maybe I got a few random bad ones or maybe I used too much heat because I was new. But those blue ones from Small Bear have been great. I have recently used others from Tayda and Stompbox Parts and so far so good.How many bad switches did you have before you switched switches?
