Straight up from the back deck and hover just around sunset. They hadn’t started the bigger ones, but the mosquitos were pretty thick. You can make out the Charlotte skyline at the end

Who are the people shooting off fireworks in a residential area after like 11pm or midnight? How is this acceptable behavior?
