One time they sent me an entire box of the completely wrong enclosure. Wrong size, wrong powdercoat, it was clearly not my order. Maybe it was yours.
In their defense they didn't even ask for it back.
Another time I had a run of 40 printed enclosures done... They used to have an option at checkout where you specified the ink color for a single color print. I ordered white print on a dark purple sparkle enclosure.
When they arrived the entire batch was printed with black ink. It was awful. I contacted them and they basically blamed me for using black color in the AI file that I submitted.... despite the order specifically stating that all printing should be white ink.
Again, they fixed it without a hitch, but it left me a bit uneasy about the checkout process moving forward.
When I was a Boilermaker, I use to use a hand held Ingersol Rand with a 75mm x 1'' thick Cutter to route 60 degree bevels for weld prep on 20 feet of fabricated beams of 20mm Aluminium plate, I t was a dangerous exercise but I still have all my fingers!
That's why I have Industrial deafness!!!
