SOLVED kliche mini gain pot strange behavior

everything seems to work well except the gain potentiometer, at zero no problem, then as it turns up I hear a decrease in the general volume and an increase in compression and towards the end the distortion increases, yet I tested the 2 germanium diodes before mounting them and they work.

the volume loss is 10db al max gain

I have a Klon Archer and the volume and tone are as I expected but I have this gain issue.

Check the DC voltage on IC1 pin 7. Should be around +4.5V. Check the DC voltage on S4, should be 0V.

ic1 pin 7 is 4.5v and S4 is 0v

ic2 pin 8 is 16.30v
ic2 pin 4 -8,6v

pot gain to zero those are connected

Verify that R7 is 1K, it looks like you might have a 10K installed there.

by mistake I had put a 10k resistor in the r7 and also in the r12! thank you very much to everyone and to @Robert , now the pedal sounds great!
