When using a breakout box for the kliche do i just matchup the wires parallel to the breakout box? Example s1 to ground, s4 to sw, s5 to out. etc.? Also there appears to be an led on d6 in the parts list but i cant seem to find it. Thanks so much for the help in advance.

Those breakout boards are for true-bypass effects, the Kliche is buffered bypass.
You can use the breakout board but you'll have to wire the Kliche up slightly different (and lose the buffered bypass), see this post:
Like Barry said, the best thing to do with the Kliche is to wire it up without a breakout board as shown in the build docs. The switching is somewhat unique so even the buffered bypass 3PDT boards aren't directly compatible with it.

I have a dim light when turned off. Gain working but tone-volume not working. When turning on there is a loud click noise. Really sad about it. Please help.
